Howick Brochure
Keeping ones culture and history alive in this modern day society may seem a bit tricky. But here in New Zealand, designers are encouraged to honour our past to guide our future. For this brochure, encouragement is the main message. To bring people closer to a golden piece of New Zealand history.
RecConnect App Prototype
During my studies I had an incredible experience working with a team as a project manager to develop a fitness app concept. This project allowed me to lead a group of talented individuals, coordinating efforts to bring the concept to life. We focused on creating an app that would encourage community engagement at the facility and promote healthier lifestyles, addressing the specific needs and goals of the users.
The Johnny Silverhand
For the rocker boy who never gave up! For this packaging design project I decided to create a special tequila design for the loved character Johnny Silverhand, played by Keanu Reeves from the game Cyberpunk 2077 by CD Projekt Red. I tried to capture his fiery personality and his love for rock music as well as the elements of his former band, Samurai.
Dune Website
Dune by Frank Herbert is one of my all-time favourite stories. Tasked with creating a fan site, I drew inspiration from the warm and cool tones of the Dune films, incorporating a modern glass-morphism effect to give the design a sleek, contemporary feel. My primary focus was to keep the layout simple, clean, and easily accessible.
Graduate Reflection
My time at Yoobee has been one of my favourite experiences. As an international student who moved to New Zealand, I was nervous and shy about sharing my work at first, but I quickly felt welcomed and valued. Yoobee creates a warm and supportive environment where you can grow in confidence and develop your skills. I was surrounded by kind and helpful people who truly encouraged me and helped me believe in myself.
